Fleet Wrap Panel Labeling & Installation Map Template

Use one consistent record for every fleet unit: identify the exact vehicle, approved artwork version, panel code, side, sequence, package, installer, and delivery method. This reduces ambiguity; it does not replace the producer’s file specifications or the installer’s panel plan.

A practical panel code

A useful format is Client–Unit–Side–Panel–Quantity. Example: ACME-U12-DS-P03-1of1. Define every abbreviation on the job record; never make the receiving installer guess.

  1. Assign the vehicle and approved-art record.
  2. Code each panel by unit, side, and sequence.
  3. Mark the installation map and any approved alignment references.
  4. Package by vehicle and verify the contents before release.
