Canvas Advertising operates an in-house vinyl production workflow in North Austin for agencies, installers, fleets and local businesses.

This page documents equipment ownership and the production steps Canvas Advertising can coordinate from its Austin location. Final material, finishing, installation and delivery recommendations depend on the approved artwork, application surface, exposure, quantity and project requirements.

HP Latex 800W

Wide-format vinyl printing

Used for approved large-format graphics such as vehicle panels, decals, storefront graphics, window graphics, wall graphics and banners.

Graphtec FC9000

Contour cutting

Supports shaped decals, lettering, labels and other graphics that require a defined production cut path.

Mimaki laminator

Lamination and finishing

Supports the finishing stage for compatible printed graphics when the approved production specification calls for lamination.

FROM APPROVED FILE TO DELIVERY

1. Scope

Confirm size, quantity, substrate, finish, application, deadline and fulfillment.

2. Preflight

Review scale, linked assets, color references, safe areas, cut paths and proof details.

3. Produce

Print the approved artwork and complete cutting or lamination required by the job specification.

4. Finish

Trim, label, organize and package graphics for installation, pickup, local delivery or shipping.
